Website and enquiries

This website does not set cookies. We use self-hosted, cookieless analytics to understand aggregate page usage. Our servers may retain limited technical request logs for reliability and security.

If you contact us or book a call, we use the information you provide to respond and deliver the requested service. Telegram and Cal.com process information under their own privacy policies when you choose to use them.

Google Calendar assistant

Our private Calendar assistant is used by authorised Globble team members. With the Google account owner's consent, it can read calendar and event information and create, update, or delete events. It uses that access only to find and organise meetings, add attendees, create Google Meet links, and manage operational reminders requested by the team.

Google Calendar remains the authoritative store for calendar events; we do not maintain a separate database copy of event state. We store OAuth credentials as managed secrets and may retain minimal source references, identifiers, and operational logs needed for deduplication, security, and troubleshooting.

Calendar data may be processed by our contracted infrastructure and AI-processing providers only to perform the requested assistant task. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use Google Workspace API data to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine-learning models.

Retention and security

Calendar events remain in Google Calendar until an authorised user changes or deletes them. Credentials are retained only while the integration is active; limited operational records are kept only as long as needed for the purposes above. We use access controls, secret management, and encrypted connections to protect the information we process.

Your choices

You can revoke the assistant's Google access at any time from your Google Account's third-party connections page. You may also ask us to access, correct, or delete information we control by emailing hello@globble.site.

We may update this policy when our services or legal obligations change. The date above shows the latest revision.
